Nevada Election Law Campaign Finance

We advise non-profit entities, political action committees and persons involved in the campaign process on Nevada and Federal laws that regulate campaign contributions and expenditures and political advocacy in general. We provide guidance to potential candidates for public office on the legal requirements of the election process. Attorneys in our firm are experienced in the initiative petition process from the planning and drafting stages through the litigation process, as needed, to ensure successful placement of an initiative on the ballot and successful implementation of its purpose.
