A native of Boston, Mr. Flaherty spent eight years in Texas before accepting a summer clerkship with our firm and then relocating to Carson City with his family in 1994 to join us as an associate. He is very active in community and Bar organizations, a Past President of the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Nevada, and a member of Nevada’s Board of Continuing Legal Education. Mr. Flaherty became a partner in the firm in 2001.
