Ms. Matuska joined the firm in 2010 and brings extensive experience in Estate Planning, Government Relations, Election and Campaign Finance Law, Labor Law, and Appellate Practice. She is dedicated to providing strategic legal counsel tailored to the unique needs of her clients.

In Estate Planning, Ms. Matuska designs customizes Wills and Trusts to align with clients’ wealth transfer goals and represents individuals in Probate proceedings and Trust Administration.

In the political and legislative fields, Ms. Matuska advises nonprofit organizations and political action committees on compliance with state and federal regulations governing political advocacy.  She has provided comprehensive guidance on the initiative process, form initial analysis and drafting through litigation and signature gathering, ensuring successful ballot placement.  Ms. Matuska assists clients by drafting legislation, preparing legal opinions, and testifying before legislative committees.  

 Her Labor Law practice spans both state and federal matters, and she is experienced in appeals before the Nevada Supreme Court.  Ms. Matuska is committed to delivering results-driven legal solutions, combining deep expertise with a proactive and strategic approach.
