Labor and Employment Law

The lawyers in our firm collectively have more than a century of experience in the field. Mike Dyer, and Frank Flaherty are fellows of the National College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. We have resolved cases in district and supreme courts of Nevada, federal district courts, arbitration, mediation and administrative hearings. We have handled cases involving numerous state and federal employment law statutes, as well as the National Labor Relations Act and Nevada’s Local Government Employee-Management Relations Act. We have extensive experience with NRS Chapters 284, 288, 289 and 391, public and private sector collective bargaining agreements and proceedings before the EEOC and the Nevada Equal Rights Commission
